Our website uses very few cookies, all technical and necessary for the site to work. We do not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no consent banner.
1. What cookies are
Small files saved by your browser when you visit a site, used to make it work correctly or to remember your preferences.
2. Cookies we use

None of these cookies identifies you as a person or tracks your browsing across other sites.
They are all technical cookies, strictly necessary to provide the service you requested: for this reason the law does not require your prior consent.

3. Maps
The pages that show the properties' location contain direct links to Google Maps, not maps embedded in the site. This means Google receives no data until you click: if you do, you leave our site and become subject to Google's cookie policy.
4. What we do not use
- No cookie-based analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or similar). The visit statistics we use work without cookies and in anonymous form.
- No marketing or retargeting pixels (Meta, Google Ads or similar).
- No profiling or behavioural advertising cookies.
- No sharing of browsing data with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block technical cookies from your browser settings, although this may prevent the booking process or language selection from working correctly.
6. Updates
If in the future we introduce new tools (for example visit statistics or embedded maps), we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent through a dedicated banner before activating them.
